Certified Product Manager and Executive MBA, with a track record of building scalable AI and technology solutions from concept to market.
Head of Talent Acquisition & RPO
Lakshmi is a Talent Acquisition Executive with 15+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, and vendor relations. She specializes in full-lifecycle recruiting, RPO, executive search, and MSP programs, and works with senior leadership to design strategies that drive performance and sustainable growth in complex, matrixed organizations. Her domain expertise includes Information Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Media; she has supported clients such as Amazon AWS, Deloitte, Medtronic, Microsoft, Wipro, Mindtree, AMEX, Cisco, and federal/startup engagements.

Doga is the Founder & CEO of SRM Technologies, an AI company powering over $4B in revenues across industries with cutting-edge solutions in revenue management, demand forecasting, and cross-sell optimization. Previously, he was a consultant at BCG, leading digital and analytics projects that delivered $100M+ in annual impact for global travel and hospitality brands. He also co-founded BCG's first digital academy in Turkey.
