BRAMKAS / Specialist services

DevOps & DevSecOps

Connect development, security checks, and operations through repeatable delivery pipelines and clearer release ownership.

The opportunity

Expertise shaped around your requirements.

BRAMKAS helps teams assess the path from code changes to production and identify gaps in automation, testing, security checks, and operational feedback. The starting point is your current toolchain and the way your team actually releases software.

Agree a pilot and success measures before expanding the approach. Implementation can include CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security gates, observability, and team handover. Changes in deployment frequency, failure rates, or recovery time should be measured against your own baseline.

When to choose this service

  • Delivery and operations need a more repeatable release process.
  • You want to identify deployment, infrastructure, and security dependencies before automating.

What you receive

  • Delivery workflow and toolchain assessment
  • CI/CD pipeline implementation
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Automated tests and security checks
  • Release gates and deployment practices
  • Monitoring, documentation, and team handover

The benefits

What this makes possible.

The practical advantages of bringing the right expertise into your organization.

  • Make build and release activities more repeatable

  • Bring security checks earlier into the delivery workflow

  • Clarify release approvals and operational ownership

  • Reduce reliance on manual deployment steps

  • Connect production feedback to development work

  • Measure delivery improvements against a baseline

How the service connects

Connect the path from code to production.

Explore a delivery pipeline with security and operational feedback built into the workflow.

Production insights feed the next development cycle.

Inside this stage

Delivery pipeline

Automate build and validation activities, with security checks that inform release decisions.

What takes shape

  • Build and test automation
  • Security checks and release gates

A conceptual view of the service. The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

Try a process simulationAdjust four factors and explore how effort shifts between stages.

Illustrative planning model. Effort units show relative emphasis within this model; they are not hours, prices, success probabilities, or a BRAMKAS delivery estimate.

Set the scenario

Where effort shifts

19 effort units
  1. Code & change6 units
  2. Delivery pipeline8 units
  3. Production5 units

This matches the reference scenario of 19 units. Most attention in this model: Delivery pipeline.

Playback visualizes relative effort, not elapsed delivery time.

What to clarify first

  • Pilot the pipeline on one representative service.
  • Validate the most uncertain toolchain integration early.
  • Agree tests and a baseline before automating release gates.
  • Clarify release approvals and environment ownership.

How this model works

All factors use a level from 0 to 2. Readiness is inverted: ready = 0, partly ready = 1, early discovery = 2. All other factors increase from the first option to the last.

Input stage = 2 + scope + (2 × readiness) + dependencies.
Specialist work = 3 + (2 × scope) + (2 × complexity) + readiness.
Output stage = 2 + complexity + (2 × dependencies).

The reference uses level 1 for every factor. These teaching weights are authored assumptions, not measured BRAMKAS performance. Each bar uses the same 0–13 scale. Playback takes 450 ms + 90 ms per effort unit for each stage; it is shortened to a static result when motion is disabled.
