BRAMKAS / Specialist services

Cybersecurity

Assess security risks, prioritize controls, and strengthen monitoring and response around your environment and requirements.

The opportunity

Expertise shaped around your requirements.

Start with the assets, exposures, and requirements that matter to your organization. BRAMKAS supports assessment and remediation planning so security work addresses a defined set of priorities.

An engagement may include security testing, controls, monitoring, and readiness work for relevant frameworks. Services support your security and compliance program; certification, legal compliance, and authorization decisions depend on the applicable requirements and responsible assessors.

When to choose this service

  • You need to understand and prioritize security gaps.
  • You want a defined assessment or implementation scope with clear ownership.

What you receive

  • Security and risk assessment
  • Vulnerability assessment and testing
  • Control implementation planning
  • Security monitoring and response workflows
  • Framework and compliance readiness support
  • Validation and improvement planning

The benefits

What this makes possible.

The practical advantages of bringing the right expertise into your organization.

  • Make security findings and priorities easier to act on

  • Align control work with identified risks

  • Identify gaps in monitoring and response ownership

  • Track remediation against an agreed scope

  • Support readiness work with relevant evidence

  • Review improvements as the environment changes

How the service connects

Turn security findings into informed action.

Explore how assessment, protective controls, and monitoring support a continuous security program.

Illustrative service model

Select a stage to explore

New findings inform assessment and control improvements.

Inside this stage

Protect & validate

Implement relevant controls and validate them against the risks and requirements identified in the assessment.

What takes shape

  • Control implementation
  • Testing and validation findings

A conceptual view of the service. The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

Try a process simulationAdjust four factors and explore how effort shifts between stages.

Illustrative planning model. Effort units show relative emphasis within this model; they are not hours, prices, success probabilities, or a BRAMKAS delivery estimate.

Set the scenario

Where effort shifts

19 effort units
  1. Assets & risks6 units
  2. Protect & validate8 units
  3. Monitor & respond5 units

This matches the reference scenario of 19 units. Most attention in this model: Protect & validate.

Playback visualizes relative effort, not elapsed delivery time.

What to clarify first

  • Prioritize assets by agreed business criticality.
  • Confirm trust boundaries and control ownership.
  • Gather the asset inventory and existing control evidence.
  • Assign remediation owners and review milestones.

How this model works

All factors use a level from 0 to 2. Readiness is inverted: ready = 0, partly ready = 1, early discovery = 2. All other factors increase from the first option to the last.

Input stage = 2 + scope + (2 × readiness) + dependencies.
Specialist work = 3 + (2 × scope) + (2 × complexity) + readiness.
Output stage = 2 + complexity + (2 × dependencies).

The reference uses level 1 for every factor. These teaching weights are authored assumptions, not measured BRAMKAS performance. Each bar uses the same 0–13 scale. Playback takes 450 ms + 90 ms per effort unit for each stage; it is shortened to a static result when motion is disabled.

Our process

A clear path from brief to delivery.

Know what happens next, from understanding the requirement to supporting the engagement.

  1. Assessment

We evaluate your current security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement.

  2. Strategy Development

We develop a comprehensive security strategy aligned with your business objectives and risk tolerance.

  3. Implementation

We implement security controls, tools, and processes to protect your assets and mitigate identified risks.

  4. Testing & Validation

We conduct thorough testing to validate the effectiveness of security controls and identify any remaining vulnerabilities.

  5. Monitoring & Improvement

We provide ongoing monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement to maintain a strong security posture.
